The perfect grab ‘n go breakfast!
Super low in calories per bite, just 16, these Greek-inspired egg bites are similar to those available at Starbucks. Our version of egg bites uses fat-free cheeses to lower the calories and, of course, brings the points to zero. When preparing the batter, you’ll want to use a blender for food processor to combine the the egg whites and cottage cheese. Then, stir in the remaining ingredients.
You’ll want to use a mini-muffin pan, preferably silicone, for easy baking and cleanup. In addition to the mini-muffin pan, you’ll want to use Cavender’s Greek Seasoning.
For a true taste of a Greek dish, use one tsp. of Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning (Salt Free).
