Tennessee-Style Mustard Coleslaw
For our version of this vinegar-based slaw, stevia replaces sugar and fat-free, plain Greek yogurt replaces the mayo. The yellow mustard has a more tangy flavor than dijon for this recipe. Less than 50 calories per cup and zero-points per serving. Let the Tennessee-Style Mustard Coleslaw marinate for a couple of hours before serving. Salt & pepper to taste.
Ingredients
- 6 cups green cabbage, shredded (or bag of colesaw, shredded)
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, fat-free, plain
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2-4 tbsp stevia or splenda
- 1 tsp celery seed
- salt & pepper, to taste
