Light Barbecue Chicken Nachos

Making a pan of nachos that are this low in points and calories has never been easier. For these delicious Light Barbecue Chicken Nachos, simply bake low carb tortillas after you cut them into triangles and top with your favorite zero or low point toppings. Just ONE point (166 calories) per serving.

  1. Turn oven setting on broil. Cover a baking sheet with foil and apply cooking spray.

  2. Place tortilla triangles on the sheet. Crisp in the oven for 3 minutes, turning over halfway through. Note: watch carefully to ensure that the tortilla triangles do not burn.

  3. Remove from oven. Top with chicken, green onions, coleslaw, corn and black beans.

  4. Spoon on salsa and barbecue sauce. Top with cheese.

  5. Put back in the oven for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. 

  6. Remove from oven and serve.
